1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the PushBro iOS application and related services, operated by Hugo Biais in France. By creating an account or using PushBro, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13. If the law where you live requires parental permission for online services or exercise activities, you must have that permission. You may not use PushBro if applicable law prohibits it.
3. What PushBro does
PushBro counts push-ups using on-device pose detection, records completed workouts, calculates daily and group streaks, and sends optional reminders. V1 judges days at midnight in the Europe/Paris time zone. Group limits, targets, and features may change as the service develops.
4. Exercise and health
PushBro is a motivation and fitness-tracking tool. It is not medical advice, a medical device, a diagnosis, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Exercise involves risk. Use appropriate form and surroundings, choose a target suitable for you, stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or illness, and seek professional advice if you have a health concern. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to exercise.
5. Accounts
You sign in using Apple and must provide accurate information. Keep access to your Apple account and device secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
6. Groups and acceptable use
Group activity is visible to the other members. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, shame, or impersonate another person;
- share unlawful, abusive, or privacy-invasive names or images;
- publish join codes without the group's permission;
- probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits;
- submit fabricated activity through modified clients or automation; or
- use PushBro in violation of law or another person's rights.
Group creators and admins can edit groups and remove members. A creator must delete a group rather than leave it. We may suspend accounts or remove content reasonably believed to violate these Terms or create risk for users or the service.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of profile photos and names you provide. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, resize, and display that content only as needed to operate PushBro. This licence ends when the content or your account is deleted, subject to temporary technical caches and legal requirements.
8. Our service and intellectual property
PushBro's software, visual design, mascot, name, and original content belong to Hugo Biais or applicable licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose. No ownership is transferred to you.
9. Availability and changes
PushBro is provided on an "as available" basis. Counts, streaks, reminders, and notifications may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable because of device position, connectivity, maintenance, provider failures, or software defects. We may change or discontinue features. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost data, missed notifications, lost streaks, or injury caused by unsafe exercise or disregard of these Terms. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
11. Ending your account
You may permanently delete your account in the App. Deletion cannot be undone and may delete groups you created. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination—including intellectual property and liability terms—remain effective.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections and the right to bring a claim before a competent court where the law permits are not affected. Before filing a dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as PushBro changes. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. Questions can be sent to hugobiais75@gmail.com.
